Returning customer, internal IT team, outside assessor, or anyone who already completed their own intake can upload the existing document instead of retyping the full EPMOS form.

What we accept

PDF, DOC, DOCX, JSON, TXT, and Markdown files up to 8 MB. The upload is stored in a private intake bucket and registered in a separate public drop-off queue. It does not automatically become a canonical Factory work order.

Do not upload passwords, API keys, credentials, exploit payloads, or other secrets. If controlled sensitive material is required later, EPMOS will establish a separate authorized exchange path.
Use the EPMOS Form Instead

EPMOS may extract readable text from supported files for intake review. The original file, filename, size, SHA-256 digest, and drop-off reference are preserved. Canonical Factory IDs are assigned only after governed intake and authority verification.
