Bounded attacks against authority, identity, provenance, tool use, delegation, revocation, lifecycle behavior, recovery, material change, and defined consequence boundaries.
EPMOS QUALIFICATION DEPARTMENT
Qualification is a professional engagement.
The evidence earns the standing.
EPMOS performs bounded adversarial qualification of AI agents, autonomous systems, model-enabled workflows, and governed intelligent systems. We define the proposition, freeze the test boundary, attack the implementation, preserve the evidence, retest failures exactly, and issue only the standing the record supports.
The public Authority Exposure Check is a free screening tool. It is not a qualification, certification, independent adjudication, or production authorization. Formal qualification work is scoped and paid.
WHAT THE DEPARTMENT DOES
We do not sell a pass. We sell an examination rigorous enough to earn an answer.
Frozen propositions, predeclared falsifiers, implementation identifiers, failure records, rerun lineage, execution receipts, cryptographic hashes, and scoped findings.
Where appropriate, EPMOS can structure examinations so an outside reviewer independently establishes ground truth and adjudicates the frozen evidence without receiving proprietary EPMOS IP.
A failure is preserved, not graded away. After repair, the exact failing condition is rerun before the examination is widened.
Material changes can invalidate prior standing. Changed systems are re-examined under the relevant frozen proposition and consequence boundary.
Clients receive a bounded technical record showing what was tested, what would have falsified it, what occurred, provenance identifiers, scope, and the standing earned.
THE QUALIFICATION SEQUENCE
Defined before execution. Preserved after execution.
Target system, proposition, authority surface, conditions, consequence boundary, expected outcomes, and falsifiers.
Identify the exact implementation and preserve the pre-execution record before the relevant challenge begins.
Introduce bounded adversarial and material-change conditions designed to place the implementation at genuine risk of falsification.
Capture classifications, consequence-boundary behavior, failures, receipts, and evidence without silently rewriting the test.
Retain the run, hashes, provenance, failure lineage, and scope necessary to reconstruct what the evidence actually establishes.
If the system fails, preserve the failure first. Repair occurs only after the failure is understood and recorded.
Rerun the exact failing condition against the changed implementation. A new implementation receives new standing.
Issue only the bounded result earned by the frozen proposition, implementation, conditions, and consequence boundary actually tested.
CERTIFICATE PROGRAM — IN ACTIVE DEVELOPMENT
EPMOS Qualification Certificate Program
EPMOS is actively developing a formal qualification-certificate program for systems that complete defined qualification and evidence requirements. The certificate is intended to bind a result to the exact proposition, frozen implementation, conditions, consequence boundary, provenance record, and date examined.
A certificate will never mean “EPMOS approves everything this system can ever do.” It will state what the evidence actually earned.
Until the program is formally released, EPMOS issues scoped qualification findings and evidence packages. We do not represent an in-development EPMOS certificate as a government, regulatory, standards-body, or accredited third-party certification.
COMMERCIAL BOUNDARY
External-system qualification is paid professional work.
EPMOS invests substantial engineering, test, evidence-preservation, compute, review, and requalification resources into formal examinations. Public educational material and the free Authority Exposure Check are available without charge; adversarial qualification, controlled reruns, evidence packages, independent-adjudication coordination, and requalification are commercial engagements.
DISCLOSURE BOUNDARY
Evidence can be examinable without making proprietary implementation public.
EPMOS structures review material to expose what a reviewer needs to adjudicate the bounded proposition while protecting proprietary source code, governing mathematics, protected architecture, internal authority wiring, evaluator internals, mutation-generation mechanics, prompts, credentials, private configuration, and exploit-enabling details.
Where independent adjudication is required, reviewer-controlled uncertainty, independently established ground truth, frozen implementation identifiers, prospective unresolved challenges, and execution-boundary receipts can be used to reduce circularity without transferring the underlying intellectual property.
